1. Information We Collect
- Account information such as first name, last name, username, email address, phone number, optional business name, billing address, password hash, plan, subscription status, trial dates, and login activity.
- Billing and subscription information processed by Stripe, including customer IDs, subscription IDs, plan status, trial status, renewal dates, cancellation status, and payment event history. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Usage information such as lead searches, saved prospects, notes, CRM status changes, exports, device/browser data, IP-derived security logs, and product activity.
- Carrier and lead-contact information from public datasets, FMCSA-related public resources, cached records, customer CRM activity, and enrichment workflows.
- Website analytics and advertising event data, including page views and button-click events collected through tools such as Meta/Facebook Pixel when enabled.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, process subscriptions and trial access, display leads and carrier profiles, save CRM activity, improve data quality, monitor security, provide support, measure marketing performance, and communicate service updates.
3. Public Carrier Data
Carrier records may include business names, DOT numbers, addresses, phone numbers, emails, operating details, insurance-related fields, and safety-related public information. Public-source data may be incomplete or change after collection. Customers are responsible for using lead-contact data lawfully and honoring applicable outreach, privacy, Do Not Call, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and insurance producer rules.
4. Sharing
We may share information with vendors who help us operate the service, such as hosting, database, payment processing, analytics, advertising measurement, email, security, and support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Users should protect their passwords and restrict account access to authorized team members.
6. Retention
We keep account, billing status, saved prospect, and operational records as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and improve data quality.
7. Your Choices
You may request account assistance, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us through the website. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, legal, or operational reasons.
8. Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and analytics tools to keep users logged in, measure site performance, understand signup and pricing activity, improve product workflows, protect the service, and support advertising measurement. Browser and platform settings may let you limit some tracking technologies.
9. Payment Processing
Payments, trials, card handling, invoices, and subscription renewals are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process billing information under its own terms and privacy policy. MyTruckingLeads stores only the billing and subscription identifiers needed to manage access, cancellation, support, and account records.
10. Children
MyTruckingLeads is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
