Terms of Service
Last updated: May 13, 2026
1. Service
MyTruckingLeads provides trucking carrier lead search, carrier profile tools, public-data intelligence, saved prospect CRM features, and related workflow tools for commercial insurance producers and agencies.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate account and billing information.
3. Subscription, Trial, Billing, and Cancellation
- Plans may include a 3-day free trial unless a different trial period is shown at checkout.
- Checkout and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. MyTruckingLeads does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.
- A valid payment method may be required to start a trial. If you cancel during the trial before the trial ends, the subscription is canceled and you will not be charged for the first paid billing period.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan automatically converts to a paid subscription and renews monthly or annually based on the billing option selected at checkout.
- If you cancel after a paid billing period begins, cancellation stops future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless the account is canceled for misuse, failed payment, or a terms violation.
- Subscription fees are fully earned once charged and are not prorated or refunded for partial billing periods, except where required by law or expressly approved by MyTruckingLeads.
- Access may be limited, suspended, or canceled for failed payment, incomplete checkout, past-due invoices, misuse, or violation of these terms.
4. Lead Data and Availability
Carrier data may come from public government datasets, FMCSA-related public resources, cached records, third-party enrichment, or customer-saved CRM records. Data can be delayed, incomplete, changed, or unavailable. MyTruckingLeads does not guarantee that any carrier will buy insurance, answer calls, accept quotes, or remain active.
5. Compliance Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you contact leads. Before calling, texting, emailing, or otherwise contacting any carrier, you must follow all laws and rules that apply to your outreach, including Do Not Call, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing, privacy, licensing, and insurance producer rules.
6. Customer Data and CRM Records
You are responsible for the notes, statuses, saved prospects, uploaded information, and other customer-controlled records added to your account. You represent that you have the right to use any data you add to the service and that your use of that data complies with applicable law.
7. Restrictions
You may not resell, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, attack, or misuse the service. You may not use the service for illegal, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive outreach.
8. No Professional Advice
MyTruckingLeads is a software and data workflow tool. It does not provide legal, compliance, insurance, underwriting, financial, or tax advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MyTruckingLeads is provided as-is and as-available. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
11. Contact
